Shipping policy
At this time, Msfits Merch ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Once the items have been issued a tracking number and delivered to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost packages.
Preferred shipping carriers are USPS and UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Blank Apparel: orders typically take between 1-2 business days to process depending on the time the order was placed.
Printed Apparel: production time is usually 5 business days plus transit time. Transit time can range from 1-5 days depending on your location.
Saturday and Sunday are NOT Business Days. Orders received after 3:00pm are considered ordered on the following business day.
Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping provider (USPS or UPS) it’s usually an additional 1-5 days depending on your distance from our location.
Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email.
At this time I do not accept returns and exchanges. If you choose to return your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The original shipping charges and up to a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must be in original condition and free of any damage, contaminates or defects.
If your order qualified for free shipping, $10.00 will be deducted to offset the shipping cost we incurred.
All returns must be pre-approved and use a shipping method that includes tracking information. We are not responsible for orders lost during the return process.
No returns will be authorized after 5 days of order receipt.
T-shirts are non-refundable non-returnable.
